1Cook turkey in water, onions, garlic, bay and epazote leaves; add salt and pepper.
2Once the turkey is cooked, add 5 cups of the turkey broth to a saucepan and add in the mole.
3Stir the mole until fully melted in the broth.
4Add the turkey into the saucepan with mole.
5Let simmer for 5-10 mins.
6Serve and add sesame seeds to your liking on top.
