1Put in a blender: 1 serrano pepper, 1 tomato, 1/4 onion, 1 clove garlic, pepper to taste.
2Blend the ingredients very well, and reserve.
3Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan over high heat.
4Put in the pan: the blended sauce and 1/4 tablespoon of salt.
5Mix the ingredients in the saucepan and wait for the sauce to boil.
6When the sauce boils, reduce to medium heat and cook it for about 3 minutes, until it thickens a little and takes a deep red color; move occasionally. When you finish, reserve.
Fry the eggs
1Heat in another pan over low heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
2Break 1 egg and pour it in the pan.
3Be careful, try not to break the yolk so the eggs hava a better look.
4Fry the egg that you put in the pan for about 2 minutes, until it is well cooked.
