6 bolillos split in half (o-1 loaf of French bread)
350 grams of chihuahua or striped Swiss cheese.
For the pico de gallo sauce
2 serrano peppers
1/2 medium onion
4 Roman tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
5 sprigs of coriander
1 pinch of salt
Preparing the pico de gallo
1Chop the onion into very small pieces, add the lemon juice and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
2Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and, with a spoon, remove the seeds. Then cut them into small slices and then into squares.
3Add finely chopped chilli pepper, the finely chopped cilantro, the oil and the salt.
4Mix all the ingredients.
1Heat the beans and spread them on the inside of the bread. Cover with cheese completely.
2Put them in the oven at 250 GF until the bread browns a little.
3Serve them with the pico de gallo aside to taste.
