1Place the potatoes in a pot with water and cover for about 30 minutes until well cooked
2After 30 minutes check on the potatoes, if they are already well cooked let them cool off for a little while
3Start peeling the potatoes
4Mash the potatoes until there is a paste
5Start rolling up the tortillas filled with the potato
6Pour oil copiously on a large skillet and heat
7As a tip, drop a piece of onion in to know if the oil is hot enough, when the onion is surrounded by small bubbles it means that it is ready
8Place the tacos in the oil, try to put them upside down so they seal well and do not open while browning
9Once golden, put them on a napkin to remove excess oil
10Ready! Now you can start preparing your taquitos
11Add cream, lettuce, salsa and enjoy!
