2 teaspoons of Mexican hot sauce (valentina, de la viuda, botanera, etc.)
½ cup ketchup
Juice of 1 or 2 lemons
1 teaspoon English sauce
Cilantro, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1Defrost the shrimp if necessary.
2Mix in a bowl or medium bowl the ketchup, English sauce, hot sauce and the juice of 1 lemon.
3Taste it, if you think you need more lemon, add the second lemon.
4Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5Add the shrimp, tomato, cucumber and onion to the bowl and mix well.
6Finally, add chopped cilantro to taste and serve with slices of avocado and crackers.
