150 grams of cheese to melt (asadero or quesadilla)
6 Corn or flour tortillas
1Cut the cheese into 150 gram strips, then reserve.
2Heat the tortillas on a pan for about 20 seconds on each side, until they are cooked.
3Put on each tortilla some strips of the cheese you've cut.
4Fold the tortillas by the half.
5Heat the quesadillas for about 1 minute on each side, until the cheese has melted.
6Some Mexicans like to accompany their quesadillas with pico de gallo.
