2Line one 12-cup muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.
3In a large bowl, whip the butter.
4Add the sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt then beat with a hand-held mixer until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes.
5Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again for another minute.
6Add the pumpkin puree and beat for 2 minutes.
7Add in the flour a little at a time and beat until thoroughly combined.
8Add the Abuelita chocolate and mix together.
9Using an ice cream scoop, fill each cupcake liner.
10Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops turn golden brown.
11Decorate with pecans and enjoy!
