2In a large pot, boil the meat, epazote and tomatoes for 30 minutes
3After 30 minutes, pour some broth in a blender with onion, garlic and salt. Liquefy.
4Return what you liquefied to the pot and clean the blender to use it again
5Again, pour some broth from the pot to the blender with the tomatoes, rehydrated peppers, cloves, black pepper, cumin, oregano and flour. Liquefy.
6Return what you liquefied back to the pot
7Add the corn, carrots, green beans and the chicken bouillon powder
8Simmer for 25 minutes
9Finally, add the zucchini and cilantro
10Simmer for 15 more minutes
11And you’re done!
