2Shred all the vegetables and keep them in separate bowls
3Place all the shredded jícama in a paper towel and squeeze out the juice
4Place the jícama in the bundt mold and press down with a spoon
5Continue the same steps with remaining vegetables
6Once all vegetables are in the mold, hold a plate on top of the mold and flip over
7Remove mold, making sure to hold the plastic wrap
8Place chili and lemon peanuts in the middle and Japanese style peanuts around the bundt
9Cover bundt with chamoy and chili powder and enjoy!
