1Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a large container or dish.
2Add the chicken, and flip it to marinate it completely.
3Cover the container and put it inside the refrigerator. Try to flip the chicken every now and then. Keep the chicken refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
4Preheat the gas or charcoal grill.
5Remove the chicken from the marinade (do not throw away the marinade yet).
6Place the chicken on the grill.
7Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
8Flip the chicken and cook for another 20 to 40 minutes.
9Keep flipping the chicken and marinating it with a brush for 2 or 3 times, until the chicken juice looks clear.
