1 package breadcrumbs
½ cup of frying oil
1Sprinkle each of the steaks with Fine Seasoning Herbs.
2Beat the eggs and milk until well combined. Place the mixture on a large plate.
3Then place another large plate with the bread crumbs mixed with two tablespoons of fine seasoning herbs.
4Pass the Milanesas through the egg mixture, then bread both sides firmly.
5Fry in a frying pan with hot oil over medium-high heat.
6Fry each milanesa until well cooked.
