3/4 cup of sugar

1 can of evaporated milk

1 can of condensed milk

1/2 cup of whole milk

6 eggs

1 tablespoon of vanilla


1Pre-heat the oven 350°f

2Caramel: Heat sugar over medium-high heat until it forms a liquid caramel and has an even brown color. About 3 to 5 minutes.

3Distribute the caramel evenly over a pan or bundt. Let it hardened.

4Blend the rest of the ingredients: evaporated milk, condensed mik, whole milk, eggs, and vanilla.

5Pour the mixture in the pan with the caramel.

6Bake in a water bath for at least 1 hour or until the center is firm.

7Let it cool for an hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

8Run a sharp knife between the flan and the pan. Then turnover a serving dish with movements to allow it to get loose.
