Eggnog Atole

2 Cinnamon sticks

1 liter of water

2 liters of milk

½ cup of sugar

3 tablespoons of corn starch

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

4 cups of eggnog

Cinnamon to your liking


1Boil water in a pan

2Add the cinnamon sticks and soak until the water turns a red color

3Add in the milk and sugar and stir

4On the side, mix the corn starch with water until it is combined thoroughly then add into the pan and stir with the other ingredients

5Add the vanilla extract and eggnog while stirring

6Keep stirring for 5 more minutes or until all ingredients are fully combined

7Serve and enjoy!
