2Blend the water, tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves of garlic and ½ onion together
3Pour the sauce you just blended into the pot with oil using a strainer and let it simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat
4While the sauce is cooking, boil 3 eggs in water (the fourth egg will be left raw)
5In a mortar or pestle, grind the thyme, raw egg, garlic clove, ¼ of onion and green tomatoes
6Add the meat to the mortar or pestle and mix; then form into meatballs
7Remove the shell from the boiled eggs and dice them
8Fill the meatballs with egg
9Place the meatballs in the pot to be cooked in the tomato sauce
10Once ready, accompany with some red rice. Enjoy!
