Ingredients

2 cups of boiled potatoes

2 cups of canned tuna

1/2 cups of bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tablespoon of fine herbs seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic salt

Flour

Beaten egg or egg wash

Bread crumbs

Frying oil

Directions

1Use a bowl to mix the boiled potato, tuna, bread crumbs, egg, fine herbs seasing and garlic salt.

2Form patties approximately two inches wide and a half an inch thick

3Line up three plates: one with flour, another with a beaten egg and a last one with the bread crumbs.

4Pass each pancake through the plates in linear order. First bread the patty with flour, then pass it over the beaten egg and finally bread it again with the bread crumbs.

5Heat oil over high heat. (If desired, a deep fryer can also be used ).

6Fry each patty on both sides.

7Let them drain over a napkin or a rack.

8Serve with chipotle dip.

9Your tuna and potato patties are ready. Enjoy!
