Ingredients

2 liters water

3 Sweet Potatoes

2 cups marshmallow

1 stick of butter

2 cinnamon sticks

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup Brown Sugar

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 ° F

2Bring water to boil. Add cinnamon sticks.

3Cut the sweet potato into slices ½ inch wide.

4Cook the sweet potatoes in water for 5 minutes.

5Drain the sweet potatoes.

6Place in an oven-safe casserole.

7In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the cinnamon and brown sugar . Heat until caramelized.
