Ingredients

4 ancho chili pods

4 pasilla chili pods

4 cascabel chili pods

4 morita chili pods

10 guajillo chili pods

½ cup oil

1 onion (chopped)

1 garlic clove

Tortillas

Lettuce to taste

Cream to taste

¾ cup panela cheese

Directions

1Remove the seeds and the veins from the peppers

2Pour the oil into a pan and add the onion and garlic

3Add the peppers to the pan and brown for 1 minute

4Liquefy altogether

5Pour the sauce into a hot pan through a strainer

6Leave to heat on low

7Meanwhile, start to brown your tortillas in a pan with a good amount of hot oil

8Once you have your tortillas, add them to the pan with the sauce and fold them in half

9To garnish, add lettuce, cream and panela cheese on top
