Choose the potatoes carefully. They must be large potatoes so that each one is enough for one person.
Use foil to completely wrap each of your potatoes.
Put the charcoal inside a grill and light it up.
Cover the charcoal with the grill’s grid.
Take advantage of the initial heat of your charcoal, when it is still too hot to put another type of food above it, and cook your potatoes.
Flip your potatoes every 5 minutes until cooked.
You can use a thin knife to check if your potatoes are ready. If the knife penetrates smoothly to the center of the potato, it means that they have been cooked correctly.
Get the potatoes out of the coal.
Open the aluminum wrap and, with a knife, form a cross to cut each potato into four pieces, but without splitting those pieces completely.
Place butter, a tablespoon of cheese, a tablespoon of cheddar cheese and a tablespoon of sour cream in the center of each potatoe.
