2 kilos of pork leg, cut into cubes of your desired size
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
Salt to taste
3 oil tablespoons
4 oranges, their juice
1Place the meat in a pan and cover it with water.
2Add the onion, garlic, bay leaves and salt.
3Cook over high heat until it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, and cover.
4Heat until the meat is cooked but not so soft, about 45 minutes.
5Discard broth, onion, garlic and bay leaf.
6Add the oil to the pan with the meat and fry, stirring constantly, until the meat gets browned.
7Add the orange juice and cook until most of it has evaporated.
