Choose 4 whole corns that have tender grains. As a tip, you just have to press one of the grains and if it bursts right away it means that it is tender, that’s what we’re looking for!
Slice a knife down the sides of the corn to remove the kernels
In a pan, pour oil and brown the onion
Add the corn kernels to the pan and brown them for about 10 minutes. Turn off the fire and let it rest.
Place the peppers directly on the fire to char the skin
Put the peppers in a plastic bag and leave them for a few minutes to make them easier to peel
Slice the peppers into thin strips and add them to the pan
Once the slices and corn kernels are well integrated, serve on a plate and add the 3 cups of cream
