Pour the flour on the table and make a space in the middle to add the egg, yeast and water
Start kneading until you have a dough consistency
Add the mixture into a churro maker or piping bag
Pour the oil into a hot pan
Press the sleeve of the churro maker or piping bag carefully while you drop the dough into the oil
If it's your first time making churros, do not put more than three at a time so they don’t burn
Fry them for approximately 2 minutes on each side
Let them cool off
Pass the churros through a mixture of sugar and cinnamon
Once you have all your churros ready, use the churro maker or a wooden skewer to make a hole on the inside of each churro and start filling them with whatever you’d like
