THE RULES OF THE CONTEST
It is not necessary to make a purchase to participate or win.
The prize package is not transferable and cannot be used together with other offers, promotions and packages or on other dates.
ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be 21 years of age or older and must be living in Texas to be eligible. Employees of the contest members and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all immediate relatives of the same are not eligible.
SPONSOR / ADMINISTRATOR: The contest is administered by La Michoacana Meat Market.
REGISTRATION PERIOD: The contest will run through the dates that are included in the original post.
ENTRY: The participant must follow all the steps provided in the original post to be entered in the contest.
WINNER: The winner will be selected at random by La Michoacana Meat Market. The winner will receive a notification via the platform from which the contest was entered. A response must be received in a reasonable amount of time, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.
PRIZES: The winner will receive the prize that was announced in the original post.
EXPIRATION OF THE PRIZE: The prize is valid only on the date specified in the original post.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, the participant accepts that all disputes, claims and causes of action that arise or relate to the contest will be resolved individually without resorting to any type of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State from Texas. All problems and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and applicability of these official rules, the rights and obligations of the participant, or the rights and obligations of the sponsor or administrator in relation to the contest will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any election of law or conflict of laws rules (whether from the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that may cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
