Ingredients

6 raw husked corns (preferably not from a can)

4 eggs

1 bar of butter

1 cup of wheat flour or hot cake flour

1 can of condensed milk

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 356 ° F.

2In the blender, add the corn and blend until a paste forms.

3Then add and blend the eggs, butter, condensed milk and vanilla.

4Once the mixture is completely blended, move it to a large bowl to gradually integrate the flour, the baking powder and mix.

5Grease and flour the mold where you prepare the bread and pour the mixture from the bowl.

6Bake for 45 minutes. Once the cooking time has passed, you can make a test with a toothpick. Insert it quickly in the cake until it comes out clean. That means that our corn cake is already done!

7Let it cool to unmold.
