1 cup of your favorite Mexican sauce (we recommend molcajeteada sauce)
1 package of panela cheese
4 sprigs of cilantro
1Put some oil on a frying pan and heat over medium heat for two minutes. Cook each cactus pad.
2Subsequently, in the same pan, cook each of the huaraches on both sides.
3Heat another pan over medium heat for two minutes. Cook 8 scrambled eggs (two for each huarache).
4Place each huarache in a single dish and spread refried beans on them.
5Next, place a cactus pad above each huarache, followed by a pair of scrambled eggs.
6Bathe each huarache with your favorite Mexican sauce (we recommend molcajeteada sauce).
7Crown your huaraches with grated panela cheese and chopped cilantro.
