2Take the mojarra and cut two lines on each side of the piece.
3With a brush apply olive oil on both sides of the fish.
4Sprinkle with fine herbs seasoning.
5Wrap the fish in foil and put it on the grill.
6Close the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, or until smooth and well cooked.
7Serve with lime.
