1Cook the chicken inside a pot with water, salt to taste and a garlic clove.
2Remove from the water when it is cooked (after 20-40 minutes) and leave to cool to crumble the breasts.
3Remove the avocado bone and place the pulp in the blender, along with ¼ cup of water, salt and lemon juice.
4Heat the tortillas lightly until they are flexible and place some of the shredded chicken.
5Roll and cook in hot oil until golden brown.
6Remove excess oil from the flautes and serve with the avocado and sour cream to taste
