2Place the yucas in a saucepan with water and boil over medium heat until the yucas are fully cooked.
3Remove the yucas carefully from the water and place them on a cutting board.
4Cut the yucas. Cut them as you prefer, they can be sliced, cut into strips, cut into squares, or cut into large chunks to eat them bit by bit.
5Put your freshly cut yucas on a large plate.
6Add salt and pepper to taste.
7Use a spoon to bathe your yucas with sour cream.
