1Blend the peppers, achiote, vinegar and orange juice.
2Marinate the pork steaks with the achiote mixture and put them in a large bowl.
3Cover the steaks with the rest of the mixture.
4Let them marinate for about 2 hours.
5Over a hot pan, stir fry the onion strips. Add the marinated steaks.
6Cook until the steaks get browned.
7Chop the meat into tiny pieces.
8Heat a hotplate over medium heat.
9Heat the tortillas.
10Make each taco with a hot tortilla and meat.
11You can accompany with onion, coriander, lemon and your favorite Mexican sauce.
