  1. 2 avocados
  2. 1/3 onion
  3. 1/2 tomato

  6. Sprigs of cilantro to taste

Directions

  1. Chop the onion into very tiny pieces.

  1. 2 tablespoons oil
  2. ½ onion
  3. 2 green peppers
  4. 2 red peppers
  5. 2 lbs. of minced meat (the meat of your choice)
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 3 pinches of ground pepper
  8. ½ lbs. of cheese to melt
  9. 6 large flour tortillas
  10. 1/3 lbs. refried beans

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and green peppers into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil on a frying pan.
  3. Add the onion and stir until it gets almost browned.
  4. Once the onion is ready, add the pepper pieces and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes, add the minced meat, let it cook. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  6. Once the meat is cooked, put it in a small bowl.
  7. Heat a comal over medium or low heat.
  8. Heat a flour tortilla, put some refried beans on the tortilla and then add some of the meat. Also, add some cheese above everything.
  9. Fold 3 edges of the flour tortilla toward the center.
  10. Then wrap it to form a roll.
  11. Repeat the last 3 steps until you have made all the burritos.
  12. You can accompany your burritos with a little lettuce, tomato and avocado.
